It can be tough to really trust God.  We must listen to Him and trust what He says.  God wants our obedience even when business decisions do not make sense.

Today, I want to share with you a video from Chip and Joanna Gaines from the show “Fixer Upper.”  In it they share a story about trusting in God with their business.

Listen to their story and ask yourself, “Am I listening for God’s voice in my business?”

God may not want you to shut  something down, but until we learn to listen to Him, we will never really be able to accept all that He has for our business.

Listening to God is the first step in obeying God and accepting His blessings. #ChristianEntrepreneur #ChristianBusiness Click To Tweet

I ran across this video recently and thought it was a great representaion of prayer.

It is a representation of God interacting with a person through prayer using a chat box to show the conversation.  I think it is a brilliant idea.

Prayer is a simple chat with God that should happen all day long. #Prayer #Video #ChristianBusiness #ChristianEntrepreneur Click To Tweet

VIDEO: Grow Your Business

In today’s video we want to remind you that if you want to grow your business, you must trust in God’s plan.

We must learn to wait on God.  His timing and His path are the quickest way to success.  When we wait on God and His timing, we are shown the way.  We must take each step of faith with confidence and be ready when God wants us to take a leap of faith.

Faith is not blind.  It walking with our eyes wide open and only taking the steps that take us to our goals. It is attaining wisdom and acting accordingly.

Trusting in God does not mean we walk blindly.  It means we walk in the knowledge of what we know.  It is called a headlight faith.  As we move, our headlights move forward lighting the path in front of us.  We don’t need to see the entire road, just the part that is coming up.  Enjoy the video!

We all need to be reminded to be persistent.  In this 2 minute video I share a simple story and a quick reminder from the Bible:

Christian entrepreneur story:

I was in the store the other day shopping with my wife.  As we came around one corner I began to hear a weird sound.

Come on, come on, come on, come on, come on.

I rounded the corner to see a boy standing in front of his mother’s shopping cart.  He apparently did not want to be there any more.

Come on, come on, come on, come on, come on.

I had to laugh once I rounded the corner.

Then I began to think: God tells us to come to Him as a child.

What if we are that persistent with God?

Children will ask over and over again until they get what they want.

I have this picture of us calling out to God as children.

Come on, come on, come on, come on, come on.

Isn’t that what God wants?  He wants us to cry out to Him.

Just look at the Bible story of the persistent widow in Luke 18?

She came before the judge so often that he finally gave in to her.

The Jesus says, “And will not God bring about justice for His chosen ones, who cry out to him day and night?”

How often to you really cry out to God for what you want?

How often do you cry out for God’s will to be done in your life?

How often do you cry out for your business, your family and your impact on this world?

I beg you, take time this week to cry out to God. Come on!

Take time to truly seek Him for guidance. Come on!

Listen to Him and take action. Come on!

Come on, come on, come on, come on, come on.

Come on!  Impact the world for Christ today!

Be consistently persistent when you cry out to God for success. #ChristianBusiness #ChristianEntrepreneur Click To Tweet

In this short video (watch the video on Youtube),  I share some quick insights about Christian businesses. See, Christian businesses don’t exist, but Christian business owners do. And Christian business owners need to grow their faith in order to align their business with their beliefs.

God is the creator of this world and He gifted you with the ability to create businesses for Him. Do everything you can to honor Him with your heart, mind, body and soul.

When you line up and follow Him in obedience your business will grow. It is not a matter of doing what you want, but listening to Him and doing what He has asked you to do.

Be blessed and be a blessing!

In this video we listen to a quick word from Scripture.

Have you ever thought about how humility plays into success in business?  Probably not.  Yet, humility is a marked trait of Christians.  Listen in and see if you can see the wisdom behind these words.

Today’s video encouragement comes from a Christian Coach we ran across on Youtube.

He reminds us that we are guided by the Holy Spirit.  We are to be obedient and realize that God is the CEO and we are His stewards. AMEN!  It is a good video, so watch it and subscribe to his channel.

As Christian business owners, our energy and power comes from God. It is not about what we do as much as who we are.

We talk a lot about business on this page, but none of that matters if we don’t have the right perspective.  We all need God and only when we rely on Him can our lives be truly changed.

I ran across this lady on Youtube who shared some really good points about social media.

She asks if we should be ‘authentic’ or if we should represent Christ.  What do you think?  Leave a comment here, or join the conversation on Youtube.
